All kilns are delivered complete with drying chamber, loading carts, rail systems, controls and choice of heat source.
Construction: self-supporting, .032 white painted, stucco embossed, aluminum inside and out. Permanently bonded to a 6" foam core.
Capacity: 800 board feet thru 10,000 board feet or larger by order.
Insulation: 6 inch R26 including doors; no loss of R-Value over time.
Installation: Recommend concrete slab foundation but can be mounted on a wooden base for portability.
Speed of drying: 4/4 green red oak to 6% in 28 to 30 days, 4/4 green aspen in 10 days.
